Day in Your Life Session
Time: 3-16 hours of shooting per day (multiple day sessions are available)
Documentary = no posing, just living!
Can be an ordinary day for your family, a special occasion - newborn, maternity, multi-generational gathering, vacation, or end of life documentation.

These sessions have some minimal posing, the focus is on connection between family members participating in an activity, or taking care of a new human. People choose this session when there is a priority for "pretty" photos.

Time: 2-4 hours of shooting

What to Expect with your Investment
The session itself: I do not schedule back to back sessions, so when you get me you have me until we are both satisfied we have made the most important photographs for you and your family. I am patient and flexible (I am a mom, so a trained expert in this).
Reveal session: Once the photos have been completed edited, about 4-6 weeks following the session, I meet with you again, wherever is most comfortable and convenient for you (most often your home). Together we will review your photos and I will help you create the artwork that you'd like to create from these photos - I can design a wall gallery or help you curate the specific images for your album. I am here every step of the way with you to ensure that the investment you made is enjoyed to the fullest extent possible.
All photos in your proofing gallery are fully edited: Each photograph I present to you in your viewing gallery will be individually and fully edited for color, contrast, and retouching where need be. I will present your photos with a variety of color and black and white, depending on what looks best for each photograph. Editing can make or break a photograph, and takes most of a photographer's time. I work very hard to make sure each one is perfect for you.
Online Proofing Gallery: After our reveal meeting, a password protected collection of your artfully edited photos will be available online for you to view and share with friends and family for 3 weeks. This gallery serves as an additional proofing gallery if you or anyone else would like to purchase prints. Downloads of images are available for purchase only with printed products and are not included in session fees (with the exception of events and branding sessions).
